Wowy, what a quote, huh?! That is one amazing book.
Yeah.
It’s pretty funny when you first read it and then, when you understand the contact in which the author used it, it suddenly becomes very real and pretty heavy.
I really want to read this book. The Kite Runner was wonderful and this book seems like a must read! 🙂

Thanks, f.p.p. … Not sure if I’d refer to them as “wonderful words”, but I agree that the message of this book is worth remembering. Sometimes we forget that the role of a woman in the western world isn’t at all representetive to what it is in other parts of the world – sadly. 🙂
