“Please know that I am aware of the hazards.

I want to do it because I want to do it.

Women must try to do things as men have tried.

When they fail,

their failure must be a challenge to others.”

  1. Day 14.
Kianys blogs about struggle; I wonder about all the struggles she must face, all the things in her life that I know nothing about, all the ways that a woman has to go places and do things that only she can go, only she can do. I wonder, like I have for myself…is this posting a day, the right thing? Does it distract us from big statements? Hard stories. But then I remember I have a place for that now. Maybe I can lend motivation, perseverance, thoughts in kind, and continue to be a spark to help her through the struggles in her life…. And then. I think, the probability is high that she’d want to do the same for others… What a wonderful person.

    • Awe, there you go again being sweeter than sweet and more caring than you probably should 🙂

I did blog about struggle today and maybe this should have been a real post, but it’s more of about the anxiety of my upcoming exam at the end of february and all those monthes (years?) invested in these 6 days (with a weekend in between) and an oral exam a couple of monthes later (that is, if you pass the written).

It’s gotten to a point where its so hard for me to stay focused, stay motivated – it would be so much easier to just contend myself, with what I have already achieved and leave it at that, but somehow I can’t.

There’s this German saying (which would have been a more optimistic quote I guess): “He who know the -because- of a situation must never find himself bothered to ask -why-”

🙂 I’m okay – don’t worry (but thanks for doing so anyways)
